The empire started
at home.
I grew up the kid who was going to play in the MLB. I earned a full ride to Seton Hall. Then three shoulder surgeries ended the only future I had ever pictured for myself.
What looked like the end was the beginning. Over eighteen months back home I rebuilt myself, and put the last of my money and a few 0% credit cards into one Airbnb unit. It worked. So I launched another. Then another.
Today I run a seven-figure arbitrage portfolio out of Miami and earn $30K to $60K a month, with a 50-plus person team that finds, launches, and manages units, and more than 300 students running the same system.
